How do you size an industrial turnaround?

Start with OSHA Table D-1: one seat and one urinal per 40 workers up to 199, and per 50 above that. Then plan for service: with twice-weekly service we recommend one unit per 15 workers; with weekly service, one per 10. Add hand-wash at every break area.

Worked example: a 120-worker turnaround needs 3 seats and 3 urinals by OSHA's table (120 ÷ 40). With twice-weekly service, 120 ÷ 15 = 8 units, plus 3 hand-wash stations at break tents.
