- Driver calls ahead. About 30 minutes before arrival, then sends a photo.
Why do people need a porta potty today?
In our review of 173 rental calls, 43 callers — 25% — needed a unit today or tomorrow. The top reasons were a supplier that never showed, a failed septic system or water shut-off, a crew starting the next morning, and a funeral or family event that came up suddenly.
| Same-day reason | What we send |
|---|---|
| Roofing or remodel crew, supplier didn't deliver | Standard unit, 28-day cycle |
| Septic failure at home | Standard unit, weekly service |
| Store or office water shut-off | Standard + hand-wash station |
| Funeral or celebration of life | Standard or deluxe unit, event rental |
| Surprise inspection on a job site | Standard unit + hand-wash |
How much extra is same-day delivery?
Same-day delivery adds a rush fee starting at $125 to the normal rental price, because a truck is re-routed for you. Next-day delivery has no rush fee. If your need can wait one day, booking next-day is the simplest way to save money.
| When you call | Delivery | Rush fee |
|---|---|---|
| Mon–Sat by noon | Same afternoon (most Victoria ZIPs) | from $125 |
| Mon–Sat after noon | Next morning, sometimes same evening | None for next-day |
| Saturday afternoon or Sunday | Monday (or Saturday when open) | None |
Which towns get same-day delivery?
Same-day delivery covers every Victoria ZIP (77901, 77904, 77905) and, when a truck is open, Bloomington, Inez, Placedo, Telferner, Edna, Goliad, Cuero and Port Lavaca. Yoakum, Hallettsville, Refugio and El Campo usually run next-day, with same-day only when a truck is open.

Same-day delivery questions
What time do I need to call for same-day delivery?
By noon, Monday through Saturday. After noon, dispatch still checks for an open truck, but next morning is more likely.
Can I get same-day delivery on Sunday?
No. We're closed Sunday. Call Saturday morning or schedule Monday.
Can you guarantee a time today?
We give a window, not a minute. The driver calls about 30 minutes ahead.
Is a same-day order refundable?
Not once the truck is dispatched. Before dispatch, call to cancel.
Can I get a restroom trailer same-day?
Rarely — trailers need setup and power. Standard units are the reliable same-day choice.
