Victoria County is home base for Kyle Rental Works. Our trucks leave the yard at 1107 E Oak St six days a week, 7am to 7pm. That makes Victoria, Bloomington, Inez, Placedo and Telferner our shortest runs. Call by noon and most addresses get a unit the same day. The county calendar swings from the Victoria Livestock Show in late February to the Bach Festival in early June. Plant work around the Port of Victoria keeps contractor units out all year.
The Victoria Livestock Show runs in late February and has paid junior exhibitors for more than 70 years. Barn crews, food booths and trailer parking spread far past the indoor restrooms. We place standard units near the pens and hand-wash stations by the food line. Then we service them midweek, before the auction crowd arrives.
The Port of Victoria sits at the end of a 35-mile barge canal to the Gulf Intracoastal Waterway. Dock, rail and tank-farm crews work long shifts far from any building. We set 28-day units at each laydown yard and add urinal units for bigger crews. Every unit is pumped, cleaned and restocked weekly.
Riverside Park covers about 660 acres along 4.5 miles of the Guadalupe River, with some 200 picnic sites. Big family reunions often outgrow the nearest park restroom. We drop a unit and a hand-wash station on Saturday morning. Because the park floods, we set units on the highest firm ground nearby.
Only if it is large. Texas Health and Safety Code Chapter 751 covers gatherings outside city limits. It applies when more than 2,500 people stay over five hours. The organizer applies to the county judge at least 45 days ahead. A public hearing follows. Smaller private parties on rural land usually need no county permit.
Our rule of thumb is one standard unit per 50 guests for a four-hour event. Beer raises use, so add about one more unit for every 100 guests. Food means a hand-wash station near the serving line. By that math, 150 guests with a bar need about five units and two sinks.

Book two to three weeks before the late-February show. Barn, food and trailer areas all want units that same week. We deliver before move-in and service units midweek so they stay clean through the auction.
Our dispatch hours are Monday through Saturday, 7am to 7pm. For a Sunday event, we deliver on Saturday and pick up on Monday. Tell us your start time and we set the unit the day before.
Yes. Give dispatch the gate, the site contact and any safety orientation rules. Our driver checks in like any vendor. Units are serviced on a set weekly day, which keeps plant housekeeping checks simple.
Call us when flood warnings go out. We move or pick up units in low areas like Riverside Park when roads are safe. The river crested at 31.25 feet during Harvey in 2017, so low ground is a real risk.
