Kyle Rental Works collects only the details needed to quote and schedule your porta potty rental — ZIP, dates, unit, quantity, headcount and phone — sends quote forms through Web3Forms to our dispatch desk, and never sells personal information.
What we collect
When you call or use our quote form, we collect the details needed to quote and schedule a rental: delivery ZIP or address, dates, unit type, quantity, guest or crew size, phone number, and — if you book — your name, email and billing details. Calls may be recorded for quality and training.
How the quote form works
Our quote form is processed by Web3Forms, which emails the submission to our dispatch desk. We do not use the form data for advertising. Payment details are entered on our payment processor's secure page, not on this website.
How we use it
To quote, schedule, deliver, service and pick up your rental; to send confirmations and invoices; and to answer questions. Recorded calls and form questions help us improve our answers on this site, with names, numbers and addresses removed.
Sharing
We share only what's needed with the crew delivering your rental (address, placement notes, contact number) and with our payment processor. We do not sell personal information.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses no advertising cookies. We may use privacy-respecting analytics and call tracking to measure which pages lead to calls and quote requests.
Retention
Booking and invoice records are kept as long as tax and business law require. You can ask us to delete quote-only information at any time.
