How many porta potties do I need for a party?
For a party, plan one standard porta potty per 50 guests for up to four hours. Add one unit for every 100 guests if alcohol is served, and one more for every 100 guests for each extra four hours. A 100-guest, six-hour backyard party with beer needs four units.
Worked example: 100 guests ÷ 50 = 2 units. The party runs 6 hours, which is 2 hours over 4, so add 1 unit (100 guests ÷ 100 = 1). Beer is served, so add 1 more. Total: 4 units. Use the calculator.

When do you deliver and pick up event units?
Event units are delivered the business day before your event and picked up the business day after. For a Saturday or Sunday event, that means a Thursday or Friday drop and a Monday pickup, with the extra days included in the event price.
