Porta Potty Rental FAQ: 156 Questions Victoria Renters Ask

Every question below was asked, in these words or close to them, on one of 173 recorded porta potty rental calls. The answers are Kyle Rental Works's policies — the same ones our dispatchers give on the phone.

● A dispatcher answers live Mon–Sat 7am–7pm. Quote forms get a reply within 30 minutes during open hours.

Price, quotes and what's included

How much is it to rent a porta potty, just the standard one?

A standard porta potty from Kyle Rental Works starts at $249 for an event (one to three days), with delivery and pickup included inside Victoria ZIPs 77901, 77904 and 77905. A job-site unit starts at $199 per 28-day cycle with weekly cleaning, plus a one-time $49 delivery fee.

What do they run for one day, like for a party?

A one-day party rental of a standard porta potty starts at $249 in Victoria, delivery and pickup included. There is no cheaper hourly or half-day rate, because the truck makes the same two trips whether you keep the unit for four hours or three days.

Is the price per day or for the whole time?

The price covers the whole rental period, not each day. An event price covers drop-off, up to three days on site and pickup. A job-site price covers 28 days, including one cleaning visit each week.

Does that include drop-off and pick-up?

Yes. Event prices include delivery and pickup inside Victoria city limits. Job-site rentals show delivery as one separate line, from $49, charged once per order and not per unit. Towns outside Victoria add a distance-based delivery fee that appears on the quote before you pay.

Is that per unit or for both?

Unit prices are per unit. Delivery is per order. Two standard event units in Victoria start at $498 total with one delivery and one pickup. The written quote shows unit lines, delivery, any same-day fee and tax separately, so you can see exactly what you pay for.

Is that the cheapest you have? Do you have anything cheaper?

The standard porta potty is our lowest-priced unit. You can lower the total by booking a day early instead of same-day, taking delivery on Friday for a weekend event, or sharing one delivery for several units. Churches, schools and nonprofits get a discount with paperwork.

Why do you need my address just to give a price?

Your address sets the delivery fee and tells us whether a same-day truck can reach you. A Victoria address and a Hallettsville ranch are priced differently. We use the address only to quote and schedule your rental, and we do not sell it or add it to marketing lists.

Are there hidden fees like gas or fuel charges?

No hidden fees. Your itemized quote lists the unit, rental period, delivery, pickup, any same-day fee, any fuel charge for long-distance runs, and sales tax before you pay. If a line is not on the quote, it is not on your bill.

Does a residential rental cost less than a business rental?

No. Residential and business rentals use the same price list. What changes the price is the unit type, the rental length, the distance from our Victoria yard, how quickly you need it, and how many units share one delivery.

Is the event porta potty more expensive than a construction one?

Event units and job-site units start at similar prices, but they are billed differently. An event unit covers up to three days and arrives freshly cleaned. A job-site unit is billed every 28 days and includes weekly pumping, cleaning and restocking.

Do you give a senior or military discount?

We offer a set discount for churches, schools, nonprofits and tax-exempt groups with paperwork. For seniors and veterans, ask the dispatcher when you call. We will always show you the lowest legitimate price, such as an earlier delivery day that avoids a rush fee.

If I get more units, is it cheaper per unit?

Yes, usually. Orders of three or more units share one delivery fee, and larger event orders get a lower per-unit price. Call with your guest count and the dispatcher will quote the bundle.

Can you email me the quote? I need it in writing.

Yes. Every quote is sent as a written, itemized invoice by text or email before you pay. Nothing is booked until you approve that invoice.

I got a cheaper quote from someone else. Can you match it?

Send us the competitor's written quote. If it includes the same unit, rental length, delivery, pickup, cleaning and tax, we will match it or tell you plainly why we can't. Many low phone quotes leave out delivery, fuel or tax.

How much is a porta potty for a month?

A standard porta potty starts at $199 per 28-day cycle in Victoria, with weekly pumping, cleaning and restocking included. The first cycle adds a one-time $49 delivery fee. Later cycles are just the rental price.

How much is a deluxe flushing porta potty?

A deluxe flushing unit with a sink starts at $385 for an event in Victoria. For a 28-day job-site or long-term rental it starts at $349 per cycle with weekly service. Stock is limited, so book weddings two to four weeks ahead.

How much is a handicap accessible porta potty?

A wheelchair-accessible (ADA-style) unit starts at $349 for an event in Victoria. For a 28-day rental it starts at $279 per cycle with weekly service. It is about twice the width of a standard unit.

How much does a restroom trailer cost?

A two-stall restroom trailer starts at about $1,500 for a one-day event in Victoria. Larger trailers with three to five stalls run higher. Trailers need level ground, a garden-hose water source and a standard outlet or generator.

How much is a hand-wash station?

A portable hand-wash station starts at $180 for an event. For a 28-day job-site rental it starts at $149 per cycle with weekly refill and service. One station has two foot-pump sinks, soap and paper towels.

Is there sales tax on porta potty rentals in Texas?

Yes. Texas sales tax applies to porta potty rentals, and it is shown as its own line on the quote. Tax-exempt organizations that send a valid Texas exemption certificate are not charged tax.

Same-day and next-day delivery

Can you deliver a porta potty today?

Yes. Kyle Rental Works offers same-day porta potty delivery in Victoria and nearby towns when you call by noon, Monday through Saturday. A same-day fee starting at $125 covers fitting your stop onto a route that is already running.

Our supplier didn't deliver. Is there something you can do today?

Yes. Call (737) 317-8592 by noon and dispatch will check the nearest truck while you are on the phone. In our call review, about 1 in 4 renters needed a unit the same day or the next day, often after another company missed a delivery.

Is it too late to book a porta potty for tomorrow?

No. Next-day delivery is routine for Kyle Rental Works, and it costs less than same-day. Call before 5 pm and most Victoria-area orders arrive the next business day.

What time will it be delivered?

Deliveries run 7 am to 7 pm, Monday through Saturday. Routes are built each morning, so we give you a window rather than an exact time. The driver calls about 30 minutes before arrival, and you can ask for a morning drop or the last stop of the day.

Can you deliver it the night before or really early in the morning?

Yes, by delivering the day before. For a morning event, we drop the unit the afternoon before at no extra charge. That is safer than an early-morning drop, which can run late.

How fast can I get a construction site portable toilet?

Same-day delivery is available for job sites in Victoria when you call by noon. Next-day delivery is standard. Give dispatch the site address, gate code and crew size so the right unit goes out on the first trip.

Is there a charge for last-minute delivery?

Yes. Same-day delivery adds a fee that starts at $125, because a truck has to be re-routed. Next-day delivery has no rush fee. If you can wait one day, you save the same-day charge.

Can I get it the same day instead of the day before my event?

Yes, but it costs more and the arrival time is not guaranteed. A day-before drop costs nothing extra and makes sure the unit is in place before guests arrive. Most event renters choose the day before.

How late can I call for same-day delivery?

Call by noon for same-day delivery. After noon, dispatch will still check — sometimes a late-afternoon truck is open — but next morning is more likely.

Do you deliver same-day to towns outside Victoria?

Yes, to Bloomington, Inez, Edna, Goliad, Cuero and Port Lavaca when you call by noon and a truck is open. Farther towns like Hallettsville, Refugio and El Campo usually run next-day.

Will the driver call before arriving?

Yes. The driver calls or texts about 30 minutes before arriving. If you are not on site, the driver places the unit at your marked spot and sends a photo.

Can you guarantee an exact delivery time?

No company can promise an exact minute, and we won't. We can promise a window, a call 30 minutes ahead, and delivery the day before your event so timing never puts your event at risk.

Do I need to be there for the delivery?

No. Mark the spot with a cone, flag or spray-paint X and leave the gate open or share the gate code. The driver places the unit and sends a photo. Being there helps only when placement is tricky.

I entered my information online but haven't heard back. What should I do?

Call (737) 317-8592. A dispatcher answers live Monday through Saturday, 7 am to 7 pm. Online quote forms are answered within 30 minutes during open hours. If you wrote after hours, you'll hear from us the next morning.

Weekend events and pickup

Can you deliver on Saturday and pick up on Sunday?

We deliver on Saturdays, but we do not run Sunday pickups. A Saturday event unit is usually dropped Friday and picked up Monday. The extra days are free — you pay the same event price.

Will I get charged for the extra days if you drop it off Friday?

No. When we drop off on Thursday or Friday and pick up on Monday because of the weekend, those days are included in the event price. You are only charged extra if you ask to keep the unit past the next business day.

Are you open on the weekend?

Dispatch is open Saturday, 7 am to 7 pm, and Saturday deliveries run. Sunday is closed. For a Sunday event, we deliver Friday or Saturday and pick up Monday.

Can you pick it up right after the event at 8 o'clock?

Not the same night. Pickups happen the next business day during route hours. Lock the door after your event if you are worried about use by others; we can add a lock on request.

We have a Sunday church event. How does delivery work?

We deliver Friday or Saturday and pick up Monday, at the regular event price. Give us the church address and where you want the units, and mark the spot if no one will be there.

What happens on a holiday weekend?

Pickups move to the next business day after the holiday. For example, a Labor Day weekend event is picked up on Tuesday at no extra charge.

How far ahead should I book for a weekend event?

Book one to two weeks ahead for a normal weekend and three to four weeks ahead for weddings, Bootfest weekend or graduation weekends. Deluxe units and trailers sell out first.

Can I keep the unit for a two-day party?

Yes. An event rental covers up to three days on site, so a Friday-to-Sunday party is covered by the regular event price.

Rental length and 28-day billing

Do you rent porta potties by the day?

Event rentals are priced per event, covering up to three days. Job-site and long-term rentals are priced per 28-day cycle. We don't sell hourly or half-day rentals, because the delivery and pickup cost is the same either way.

Do you do the 28-day rental?

Yes. Job-site and long-term porta potties bill in 28-day cycles. Each cycle includes weekly pumping, cleaning and restocking. Billing renews automatically every 28 days until you call for pickup.

Even if I take it for three days, you're charging me for the full month?

For a short home project, ask for an event-style rental, which covers up to three days. If the job might run longer, a 28-day rental is cheaper than paying for event rentals back to back, and it includes weekly cleaning.

If we pick it up sooner, is there a refund?

No. A 28-day cycle is not prorated once it starts. Call for pickup when you're done and billing stops at the end of that cycle. Plan short projects as event rentals to avoid paying for unused days.

What if we don't need it that long — two weeks tops?

A 28-day cycle is still the best price for two weeks, because it includes delivery and two weekly cleanings. Call for pickup when the job ends and no further cycles are billed.

Is the first month more expensive than the next?

Yes. The first 28-day cycle includes the one-time delivery fee. Later cycles are the rental price only. Pickup at the end has no extra charge inside Victoria.

Can I extend my rental?

Yes. Long-term rentals extend on their own every 28 days. Event rentals can be extended by calling dispatch before the scheduled pickup; extra days are billed at the posted daily extension rate on your invoice.

Do I have to call for pickup, or will you come get it?

Event units are picked up automatically on the date on your invoice. Job-site and long-term units stay until you call, text or email for pickup, so billing does not renew.

Is this something we can leave long term?

Yes. Units can stay for months on a farm, barn lot, rural property or long build. Long-term units are pumped, cleaned and restocked weekly, and billing runs every 28 days.

How long can I keep an event unit?

An event rental covers up to three days on site. For four to ten days, ask for an extended event rate; past ten days, a 28-day rental with weekly service is usually cheaper.

Do you do weekly rentals?

Yes, for short projects we quote a seven-day rental with one cleaning. For anything over about two weeks, the 28-day rate is the better value.

How do I stop billing?

Call (737) 317-8592 or email info@portapottyrentalvictoria.com to schedule pickup. Billing stops at the end of the current 28-day cycle. You'll get a pickup confirmation in writing.

Cleaning, servicing and supplies

Does that come with weekly cleanings?

Yes. Every job-site and long-term porta potty from Kyle Rental Works is pumped, cleaned and restocked once a week. That weekly visit is included in the 28-day price.

What happens during a service visit?

The technician pumps the waste tank, adds fresh deodorizing chemical, scrubs and sanitizes the seat, walls and floor, refills toilet paper and hand sanitizer, and checks the door and latch. The visit takes about 10 minutes.

Can you clean it every other week instead to save money?

For one or two light users, we can sometimes service every two weeks, but weekly is our standard because Gulf Coast heat speeds up odor. OSHA expects job-site toilets to stay sanitary, so busy crews may need twice-weekly service.

Do event units come with cleaning?

Event units arrive freshly cleaned, sanitized and fully stocked. A one-to-three-day event does not usually need a mid-event service. Multi-day festivals can add a service visit for each day.

Does it come with toilet paper?

Yes. Each unit arrives with toilet paper and a hand-sanitizer dispenser. Event units come with four rolls; long-term units get two rolls restocked at every weekly service. Extra supplies can be added.

Does the standard one have hand sanitizer or a washing station?

A standard porta potty has a hand-sanitizer dispenser inside. It does not have a sink. If you want soap and water, add a hand-wash station or choose a deluxe unit with a built-in sink.

Can I get extra cleanings during a busy week?

Yes. Call dispatch to add a service visit at any time. Large crews and summer jobs often run twice-weekly service.

What chemical do you use? Will it smell?

We use a deodorizing holding-tank chemical that controls odor and breaks down waste. A unit that is serviced on schedule and placed in partial shade has little odor.

Can you move the unit when you come to clean it?

Yes, within the same property. Tell dispatch before the visit. Moving a unit to a new address counts as a new delivery.

What if the unit gets knocked over?

Call dispatch right away. We send a crew to stand, pump and sanitize the unit. Damage from vandalism or vehicles may be billed under our rental terms.

How do you clean in summer heat?

Victoria highs sit in the mid-to-upper 90s from June to August. In summer we recommend a shaded spot and, for crews over 10, twice-weekly service.

Do you service units in rain or after storms?

Yes, when roads are safe. If a storm blocks access, we service the unit on the first safe day and tell you the new date.

Unit types: standard, deluxe, accessible, trailers

Which porta potty do I need?

Choose a standard unit for job sites and casual parties, a deluxe unit with a sink for weddings, a wheelchair-accessible unit for any public event, and a restroom trailer when guests expect real flushing toilets and running water.

Do you have the nicer trailer option?

Yes. Kyle Rental Works rents two-stall and larger restroom trailers with flushing toilets, running-water sinks, mirrors, lights and climate control. They need level ground, a garden-hose water source and a standard 110-volt outlet or generator.

Tell me about the flushable ones.

A deluxe flushing porta potty has a foot-pump flush that uses a small fresh-water tank, plus a sink with soap and paper towels. It has the same footprint as a standard unit and needs no hookups.

Is a deluxe unit larger than the standard?

About the same size outside. Inside, the deluxe has a sink and a flush, so it feels more finished. For more room, choose a wheelchair-accessible unit or a restroom trailer.

Do you have handicap accessible porta potties?

Yes. Our wheelchair-accessible units have a ground-level entry, grab bars and a turning space of about 60 inches. They meet the design of an ADA-style accessible portable toilet; your event organizer decides how many are required.

Is this an ADA-compliant one?

We call it wheelchair-accessible. The unit has the ground-level floor, grab bars and roughly 60-inch turning space that ADA guidelines describe. Whether your whole site complies also depends on level, firm routes to the unit, which is your venue's job.

What colors are your units?

Standard units come in blue or gray. Pink units are available for some events. Tell dispatch your color choice when you book and we will match it when stock allows.

Does it come with a lock?

Units have an interior latch. For a public site, we can add an exterior lock hasp; you add your own padlock, or we provide a combination lock on request.

Do you have a porta john on a trailer that we can move?

Yes. Trailer-mounted units come on a small towable frame so crews can move them around ranches, farms and highway jobs. Your tow vehicle needs a standard ball hitch.

Do you have VIP or luxury porta potties?

Yes. Our VIP flushing restroom cabins are single, stand-alone rooms with a porcelain-style toilet, sink, mirror and lighting. They suit weddings, backyard VIP areas and executive job trailers.

Do restroom trailers need separate men's and women's sides?

No. Trailer stalls are built the same. You can label stalls men and women, or leave them open to everyone. Most weddings label one side each.

Can you send me a picture before I confirm?

Yes. Ask the dispatcher and we will text you photos of the unit type you're booking. You can also see real units on our rentals pages.

How many uses does one porta potty hold?

A standard 60-gallon unit handles roughly 200 to 250 uses before it needs pumping. That is why we size events at about one unit per 50 guests for a four-hour event.

How many flushes does a flushing unit have?

A deluxe flushing unit's fresh-water tank gives roughly 100 to 150 flushes. For crowds over about 50 people per unit, add units or a mid-event service.

Do you rent urinals?

Every standard unit has a built-in urinal. For large crews and festivals, stand-alone urinal stations can be added to speed up lines.

Do you rent shower trailers or sinks for construction?

We rent hand-wash stations and sink-equipped deluxe units. Ask dispatch about shower and office trailers; we can refer you to partners for larger site trailers.

Hand-wash stations

What is a hand-washing station?

A hand-wash station is a free-standing sink unit with two foot-pump basins, soap and paper towels. It holds fresh water in a tank and a gray-water tank below, so it needs no plumbing or power.

Do hand-wash stations need to hook up to anything?

No. Hand-wash stations need no water line or power. We deliver them filled, and the tanks last a typical event day.

Can I refill the hand-wash station with a hose?

Yes. You can top up the fresh-water tank with a clean garden hose. Do not add soap or chemicals to the tank. Long-term stations are refilled at each weekly service.

How many people can use one hand-wash station?

One station has two basins, so two people wash at once. For events, plan one station for every 100 guests, and one beside every food area.

Do I need a hand-wash station at a job site?

OSHA 29 CFR 1926.51(f) requires washing facilities that are kept sanitary when workers handle substances like paint, coatings or other contaminants. Most crews add one station for every 20 workers or near the break area.

Can I get pricing on a porta potty and a hand sink together?

Yes. A standard unit plus a hand-wash station is our most common event pair. Both go on one delivery, so you pay one delivery fee.

Is a deluxe unit with a sink cheaper than a standard unit plus a station?

For one unit, a deluxe unit with a built-in sink usually costs a little less than a standard unit plus a separate station. For several units, one shared station is cheaper.

Does the station come with soap and towels?

Yes. Stations arrive stocked with liquid soap and paper towels. Long-term stations are restocked weekly.

How many units do I need?

How many porta potties do I need for 100 people?

For 100 guests at a four-hour event, you need two standard porta potties. Add one more unit if alcohol is served, and add one hand-wash station if food is served.

How many porta potties for 50 people?

One standard porta potty serves about 50 guests for a four-hour event. For a longer event or if alcohol is served, add a second unit.

How many porta potties for 200 wedding guests?

A 200-guest, five-hour wedding with a bar needs about six standard units, or one two-stall restroom trailer plus two standard units. Make at least one unit wheelchair-accessible.

How many does one unit accommodate?

One standard unit serves about 50 people for a four-hour event, or about 10 workers for a 40-hour work week with one weekly service.

How many porta potties do I need for my crew?

OSHA Table D-1 requires one toilet for 20 or fewer workers. For 20 to 199 workers, it's one toilet seat and one urinal per 40. We recommend one unit per 10 workers when service is weekly.

We have 463 people in a shelter. How many trailers do we need?

For around-the-clock shelter use, plan one toilet per 20 to 25 people with daily service — roughly 19 to 23 toilets for 463 residents. That can be several multi-stall trailers plus standard and accessible units. Call dispatch to plan it.

Do I need one handicap unit?

For public events, 2010 ADA Standards section 213.2 calls for at least 5% of portable units in each cluster to be accessible — and at least one. For private home parties, add one if any guest uses a wheelchair or walker.

Will one unit be enough with indoor bathrooms too?

Often yes. If guests can use one or two indoor restrooms, one outdoor unit usually covers up to about 100 guests for a few hours. Count indoor toilets as part of your total.

Delivery, placement and access

Can you put it in the backyard?

Yes, if there's a path. The crew uses a hand dolly to roll the unit from the truck to your backyard. The path needs to be firm and about 4 feet wide, without steps.

Does the gate have to be large, or is a normal single gate okay?

A standard unit is about 44 inches wide, so a gate at least 48 inches wide is best. Some narrower gates work if the crew can tilt the unit. Measure your gate and tell dispatch.

Are there rules about where the porta potty can be placed?

Place it on flat, firm ground at least 10 feet from doors, windows and air intakes, away from septic lids, sprinklers and low wires. Keep it reachable from the driveway or street.

How do you deliver — forklift or by hand?

Units come on a flatbed or trailer. The crew lifts or slides each unit off and rolls it into place on a dolly. No forklift is needed for standard units.

Will the driver call to ask where to put it?

Yes. The driver calls about 30 minutes ahead. Mark the spot with a cone, flag or spray-paint X, or send a pin or photo when you book.

I live on a narrow or dirt road. Can you still deliver?

Usually yes. Tell dispatch about narrow, winding or soft roads, low branches or cattle guards when you book, so we send the right truck. Wet ground can delay delivery by a day.

If no one is there, will you leave it locked?

If you request a lock, the driver leaves the unit locked and texts you the combination. Otherwise the unit is left unlocked and ready to use.

Can a porta potty go on a slope?

A slight slope is fine. A steep slope is not, because the unit can tip and the tank can leak. We can place it on a level spot near the slope or use leveling boards when it's safe.

Can you place it on grass, gravel or concrete?

Yes, all three work. Grass and gravel are easiest. On concrete or pavers, the unit is placed carefully, but we can't be responsible for marks on decorative surfaces.

How close does the truck need to get?

The truck should park within about 50 feet of the spot on a firm surface. Longer carries are possible by dolly. Tell dispatch the distance when you book.

Can I pick it up myself with a trailer?

No. For insurance and safety, only our crews load and haul units. Every rental includes delivery and pickup.

Can you come out first to look at the spot?

For large events and job sites, yes. For homes, a photo of the spot texted to dispatch is usually enough.

Can you deliver to a lease road or ranch?

Yes. Send the lease name, directions, gate code and any cattle-guard or creek-crossing notes. Units are placed on firm caliche or gravel.

What if you can't place the unit because something is blocking it?

If a locked gate, parked car or low wire blocks placement, we call you first. If we can't place it, a trip fee may apply under our rental terms.

Can you move the unit later?

Yes, within the same property, during a service visit or on a separate trip. Moving it to a new address is billed as a new delivery.

Should the porta potty be in the sun or shade?

Shade is better. A shaded spot keeps the inside cooler and reduces odor in Victoria summers. Keep the door facing away from the main seating area.

Payment, deposits and paperwork

Do I need to put down a deposit?

We collect the full rental price when you book; there is no separate deposit. Booking reserves the unit and the delivery date.

Do you take credit cards? American Express?

Yes. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover, credit or debit. You can pay over the phone or through a secure payment link.

Do you take checks?

We don't take checks at delivery. Approved business accounts can be set up for invoice billing; call dispatch to apply.

Can I pay later when I get paid?

We reserve units with payment at booking because dates fill fast. If your date is two or more weeks out, ask about booking closer to payday — we will hold the quote price for 48 hours.

Can the card be in a different name?

Yes, as long as the cardholder approves the charge. Many church and company rentals are paid with someone else's card.

Is it an electronic signature? I can't print anything.

Yes. The rental agreement is signed electronically from your phone or email — no printing. If the link gives you trouble, the dispatcher can take your approval on a recorded call.

Will I get a confirmation email?

Yes. You'll get a written confirmation with the unit, delivery date, pickup date, address and the amount paid.

We're tax exempt. How do I avoid tax?

Email a valid Texas sales and use tax exemption certificate to info@portapottyrentalvictoria.com before booking. Tax comes off the invoice once the certificate is on file.

Can you set up an account for my company?

Yes. Contractors with recurring rentals can apply for an account with monthly invoicing. Call dispatch for the application.

Can I split payment across two cards?

Yes. Tell the dispatcher how much goes on each card.

Cancellations, changes and pickup

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancel at least 24 business hours before delivery for a full refund. Cancellations made later than that, and same-day orders once a truck is dispatched, are not refundable.

If it rains really hard, can we cancel?

Yes, if you cancel at least 24 business hours before delivery. If the forecast changes after that, we can usually move your order to a new date instead of cancelling.

Can I change from two units to one after booking?

Yes. Change the count at least 24 business hours before delivery and we refund the difference. After that, the original order stands.

Can I add a sink or another unit later?

Yes. Add units or a hand-wash station up to 24 hours before delivery, or call for a same-day add-on if a truck is available.

Can I reschedule a service if no one can let you in?

Yes. Call dispatch the day before and we'll move the visit. Please keep gate codes current so service isn't missed.

The venue said no porta potties. Can I cancel?

Yes, with 24 business hours' notice before delivery for a full refund. Ask your venue first — many allow units in a service area away from guests.

How do I schedule pickup?

Call (737) 317-8592, text the same number or email info@portapottyrentalvictoria.com. Event pickups are already scheduled on your invoice.

Do I need to be home for pickup?

No. Leave the gate open or share the code, and keep the path clear. The crew pumps and loads the unit.

About us and service area

Are you a local company? Where are you located?

Yes. Kyle Rental Works dispatches from 1107 E Oak St in Victoria, Texas 77901. A local dispatcher answers (737) 317-8592 Monday through Saturday, 7 am to 7 pm.

What areas do you serve?

We deliver across Victoria and the Crossroads: Bloomington, Inez, Placedo, Port Lavaca, Edna, Ganado, Goliad, Cuero, Yoakum, Hallettsville, Refugio and El Campo. We also coordinate rentals in Houston, San Antonio, Corpus Christi and DFW through partner crews.

Do you subcontract to other companies?

Inside Victoria and the nearby Crossroads towns, our own team schedules and services rentals from Victoria. In distant metros like Houston, Dallas–Fort Worth and Midland, we book the order and a vetted partner crew delivers and services it under our terms.

Is this an answering service?

No. During open hours (Mon–Sat 7am–7pm), you reach our dispatch desk, which can quote prices and book on the spot. After hours, leave a message or send the quote form and we reply the next morning.

Do you rent dumpsters too?

Our focus is portable restrooms and hand-wash stations. Ask dispatch and we'll point you to a local dumpster provider.

What hours are you open?

Monday through Saturday, 7 am to 7 pm Central. Sunday is closed.

Do you serve Victoria ZIP codes 77901, 77904 and 77905?

Yes. All three Victoria delivery ZIPs are in our home zone, with event delivery and pickup included in the unit price and same-day service when you call by noon.

Can you handle a large event or emergency order?

Yes. Call dispatch with the headcount and dates. Large orders of 20 or more units and restroom trailers need lead time, but emergency orders are handled first.

Emergencies, septic and pump-outs

My septic system failed. Can I get a porta potty today?

Yes. Call by noon for same-day delivery in Victoria and nearby towns. Most septic repairs take one to four weeks, so we book a 28-day rental with weekly service.

Our water is shut off at the store. Can you bring units fast?

Rules, permits, OSHA and damage

Do I need a permit for a porta potty in Victoria?

Not on private property. For events in City of Victoria parks or streets, apply for a special event permit with Parks & Recreation at least 90 days ahead; the city's form tells organizers to be prepared to rent portable toilets.

What does OSHA require for construction sites?

OSHA 29 CFR 1926.51(c) Table D-1: 20 or fewer workers need at least one toilet; 20 to 199 need one toilet seat and one urinal per 40 workers; 200 or more need one seat and one urinal per 50.

Are porta potties required on residential construction sites?

Yes, when workers are on site and no other toilet is available to them, OSHA's sanitation rules apply. Builders usually place one unit per house site.

Who is responsible if the unit is damaged?

The renter is responsible for damage beyond normal use, such as fire, vandalism, graffiti or vehicle damage. Normal wear is on us.

Are you responsible for damage to my lawn or driveway?

Our crews use care, but we're not responsible for normal marks on lawns, pavers or decorative concrete from delivery. Tell us about soft ground or irrigation lines when you book.

Is your waste disposal legal?

Yes. Waste is hauled in registered vehicles and disposed at permitted facilities, as Texas TCEQ rules (30 TAC Chapter 312) require for chemical toilet waste.

Do I need a permit for a street-side porta potty?

Placing a unit in a City of Victoria street needs a street-blocking permit from the Police Chief, filed 10 days ahead. Keep units on private property whenever possible.

What do farms need under OSHA?

OSHA 1928.110 requires one toilet and one hand-washing facility for every 20 field workers, within a quarter-mile walk, when 11 or more workers are employed.
