Rental Terms & Cancellation Policy
Effective October 6, 2026
Kyle Rental Works rentals are paid at booking, event rentals cover up to three days, long-term rentals renew every 28 days until you request pickup, and cancellations made at least 24 business hours before delivery are fully refunded.
1. Booking and payment
Rentals are booked when you approve the itemized quote and pay. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover, credit or debit, by phone or secure link. Approved business accounts may be invoiced. Prices quoted are valid for 48 hours. Texas sales tax applies unless a valid exemption certificate is on file.
2. Event rentals
An event rental covers up to three days on site, including delivery and pickup inside Victoria ZIPs 77901, 77904 and 77905. Weekend events are delivered on Thursday, Friday or Saturday and picked up the next business day at no extra charge. Event units arrive cleaned and stocked; service visits during the event are extra.
3. 28-day rentals and renewal
Job-site and long-term rentals are billed every 28 days from delivery. Each cycle includes weekly pumping, cleaning and restocking. Rentals renew automatically every 28 days until you request pickup. Cycles are not prorated. The first cycle includes the one-time delivery fee.
4. Same-day orders
Same-day delivery is offered when you call by noon, Monday through Saturday, and a truck is available. A same-day fee applies and is shown on the quote. Delivery times are windows, not guarantees.
5. Cancellation and changes
Cancel at least 24 business hours before scheduled delivery for a full refund. Later cancellations are not refundable. Same-day orders cannot be refunded once a truck is dispatched. Unit counts can be reduced with 24 business hours' notice.
6. Site access and placement
You will provide a firm, level spot reachable by our truck and hand dolly, with gates unlocked or codes provided, free of low wires, septic lids and irrigation lines. If we cannot deliver or service because of blocked access, a trip fee may apply.
7. Pickup
Event units are picked up on the scheduled date. Long-term units are picked up after you call, text or email to request pickup; billing stops at the end of the current 28-day cycle.
8. Damage and loss
You are responsible for loss of, or damage to, rented units beyond normal wear — including fire, vandalism, graffiti, tipping by vehicles or animals, and storm or flood loss when units were not released for pickup before a named storm. We are not responsible for normal marks to lawns, pavers, decorative concrete or landscaping from delivery and service.
9. Proper use
Units are for human waste and toilet paper only. Do not dump RV tanks, chemicals, paint, concrete washout or trash into units; cleanup costs will be charged. Units may not be moved by the renter.
10. Waste disposal
Waste is transported in registered vehicles and disposed of at permitted facilities as required by TCEQ rules (30 TAC Chapter 312).
11. Partner-delivered rentals
Rentals outside our Crossroads delivery area may be delivered and serviced by vetted partner crews under these same terms. Your contract and point of contact remain Kyle Rental Works.
