Midland rentals follow the oil field. Drilling, pipeline and frac crews work pads far from paved roads across the Permian Basin. In town, the Bush Convention Center hosts the Celebration of the Arts each May. The Horseshoe hosts gun shows and graduations. Kyle Rental Works books Midland orders from Victoria, about 434 miles east. A Permian Basin partner crew delivers, services and picks up under our terms. Expect dust, wind and long lease roads.
Drilling pads outside Midland can sit miles down caliche lease roads. Trailer-mounted units move with the rig. Send lease names, gate codes and GPS points at booking. Weekly service is standard, and twice-weekly service fits large crews. Rig moves need a call so the unit goes with the crew.
The Midland County Horseshoe hosts gun shows, graduations and Comic Con. Overflow parking and outdoor vendor areas often lack restrooms. Livestock events need hand-wash stations near the pens. Book a few weeks ahead for spring events. Graduation season fills trucks fast in May.
The Arts Council of Midland held its 41st Celebration of the Arts in May 2025. It took place at the Bush Convention Center. The weekend added a family block party and a classic car show. Outdoor parts of the event may need extra units, plus hand-wash stations near food trucks.
Midland's Planning Division needs special event permits at least 15 days ahead, with no exceptions. Call 432-685-7100 with questions. File the permit before you book units for a public event. A late filing can stop the event. Once approved, send the site map so units land where the permit shows.

Porta potties in Midland face strong wind and blowing dust. An empty unit weighs only about 200 pounds, so each one is staked or strapped. The crew checks doors, vents and stakes at every weekly service. Dust inside gets cleaned out on the same visit.
